Most of the time, late-night loud explosions go unexplained. Not this one, within the past hour. According to police radio, somebody blew up a portable toilet on 45th SW near SW Wildwood Place. The dispatcher suggested it might be city-owned; there’s City Light work south of there and Seattle Public Utilities work north of there. No fire or injuries reported, but officers were on the way to investigate “debris in the street.”
