The guys creating The Baillie boutique hotel and restaurant project on Capitol Hill’s Millionaire’s Row are holding an estate sale this weekend to clear out decades of furniture, knickknacks, art, and ephemera from the old mansion’s decades as a bed and breakfast.

Join us Sunday, October 4, 11-4pm at @thebaillieseattle as we open the doors for a one-day estate sale.

Whether you’re furnishing a space, searching for a singular find, or simply curious to see the “before,” this is your chance to explore the mansion and get a pre-construction sneak peek at our newest project.

Refreshments and light bites will be available.

CHS reported here on the ambitious project from Jake Santelli and Julian Hagood, the couple who have grown the Harry’s Fine Foods business family around the original 2016-born Bellevue Ave restaurant that also includes Harry’s Beach House in West Seattle and projects like the Harry’s Guest House bed and breakfast just off Bellevue Ave.

The new 14th Ave E project began with the $4.9 million acquisition of the Shafer Baillie Mansion and has been undergoing review with the city’s Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections since last fall. Once it is finally approved, the development will be a unique commercial addition to one of Seattle’s most valuable neighborhoods.

But first they need to clear out some space and find new homes for a few treasures.

The Baillie is located at 907 14th Ave E.
