Are you a Muslim in Minnesota who’s facing difficulties buying a home? We want to hear about it!

The runaway housing market this year means fewer real estate listings, bidding wars, and pressures to arrange loans and financing. We’ve created a survey to learn more about no-interest loans and your challenges as a Muslim homebuyer.
By SAHAN JOURNAL

(SAHAN JOURNAL) Sahan Journal is looking into the experiences of Minnesotan Muslims who are attempting to buy a home for the first time, or have bought a home in the last two years. We need your help to understand the obstacles Muslims face in accessing interest-free loans or other sources of financing, how that impacts the buying process, and the resources community members may be using to ease the search.

We want to hear from Minnesotan Muslims who are in the process of buying a home, as well as those who began the path to home ownership, but ultimately decided not to go through with it (for any number of reasons). And if you are a Muslim who lives and owns a home in Minnesota, we want to hear from you too!  Please take a minute to fill out our short questionnaire below. You don’t need to answer all the questions to share your experience.

A Sahan Journal reporter may reach out to you to learn more about your experience.
