Anchorhead proprietor Jake just sent word, “Just wanted to let you know that we passed our Health inspection today and we are gonna open tomorrow Saturday the 24th at 7 AM.” It’s been less than six months since we first reported the plan for Anchorhead – a Seattle mini-chain – to move in.
