Gov. Ferguson directs flags to be lowered to honor Air Force captain killed in aircraft refueler crash

The Department of Defense said Capt. Ariana G. Savino, 31, of Covington, Washington, was among the servicemembers who died March 12 when a KC-135 crashed in Iraq.
