The Seattle Fire Department handled a small fire on the exterior of a 121-year-old house south of Seattle University’s campus Tuesday morning.
SFD was called to the duplex in the 200 block of 10th Ave just after 6:15 AM and determined the fire was limited to a small blaze on the exterior of the building.
The fire was quickly brought under control before it spread to the structure. Damage was limited to a mattress outside the building.
There were no reported injuries.
