For those who asked about a lights-and-sirens police response in south West Seattle around 2:30 pm, police were responding to a report of a home burglary in progress. A man was reported to be trying to force entry to a home in Upper Fauntleroy, near 35th SW and SW Trenton. According to dispatch, a person at the house confronted the suspect, who was going to drive away when police arrived and detained him. We’re following up to find out more.
