Police are responding to a report of a woman who apparently drove onto “the baseball (area)” at Alki Playfield, and they’re telling dispatch it’s the suspect they were looking for after a hit-run crash a little while ago in the 2600 block of Alki SW. No serious injuries that we’ve heard, but if you notice tire tracks on the field tomorrow, that’s what happened.
