WEST SEATTLE CRIME WATCH: Package thief carrying something ‘concerning’

Package stolen off the porch at 44th and Stevens last night at 8 pm. He was wearing work gloves and work boots and a sun hat. I noticed later that he had bear spray on his hip, which was concerning.
