Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to message and call us to let us know you’ve had trouble getting to our website. Please forgive us – we’ve been working since last night to deal with major technical trouble that’s defied our tech team’s attempts to remedy it, ultimately requiring some major emergency work. Our commitment for 19 years has been to provide 24/7 service and we apologize for the interruption in that. We are hopeful things are somewhat stabilizing now (though periodic problems might yet arise), so we’re working to catch up; please note for possible future reference that if need be in an extended outage, we would publish West Seattle stories on our small side site, whitecenternow.com, which runs on a different setup.
