The West Seattle High School student newspaper is hoping you’ll bring them some good news – via donations to support their online operations. Here’s what we received from editor Ada Rutman, to share with you:
Support student journalism by donating to our school newspaper, The Olympian! Free journalism is essential to our school because it gives students a platform for advocacy and creative expression while preparing them for professional writing environments. Any size donation helps fund our website fees.

Ada adds, “We need about $500, but anything surpassing that sum would help support our website significantly in the coming school years or give us access to advanced software options that could help improve the user experience on The Olympian.” To donate, go here.
